ORO Development Corporation offers programs and services to migrant and seasonal farm workers. Some of these services include Job Search and Placement Assistance, Supportive Services and Classroom Training. Classroom Training services are offered when a participant has the interest to learn a new skill requiring formal classroom education. The Participants Case Manager will assist them in enrolling at technical training centers and/or community colleges.
